Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time spent on the site, approximate location based on IP address, device and browser type, and referring website. This information is processed in aggregate and is not used to personally identify you.
We do not use advertising cookies. We do not sell personal information.
How we use information
We use the information collected to: respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form; understand how visitors find and use our site, so we can improve it; and meet our legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site — currently, Amazon Web Services (which hosts the site and processes contact form submissions) and Google (which provides Google Analytics) — and only as needed for them to provide those services.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox until no longer needed for business purposes. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google’s default retention settings.
Your rights (California residents)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to: know what personal information we collect about them; request deletion of personal information we hold about them; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information, so there is no “do not sell” option needed.
